After the 1st night we found that we had no water in the bathroom, so we couldn't take a shower, brush our teeth or use the toilet. The supply of water in the toilet flush is limited. At the reception, two ladies explained to us that it was very cold at night, so the water pipe was frozen. We would have to leave the tap open a little in the evening, then the water would not freeze. We were told that with a grin on our faces. No excuse - nothing. We were very angry about that and left. This could have been avoided by a small hint at check in or a hint on the bathroom door. Since when have the guests been responsible for ensuring that the water pipes do not freeze?
The location was excellent, the small hut was completely sufficient. At check in there was a welcome gift. By car you were in 3 minutes at the park entrance. Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was great.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this resort! The location couldn't have been better - close to the entrance of the national park and away from the hustle and bustle of other hotels in the area. The free breakfast from Cowboy Ranch Restaurant was a delightful surprise, with plenty of delicious treats to enjoy throughout the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The room we were initially assigned was not the one we had requested, and we had to switch rooms late in the evening.

Places to stay near Bryce are few. Quality places fill up fast. This property was near the park but was old and minimal. Maid service was provided each day, but amenities were poor for the price.

Cabins with living and kitchenette very nice for a change with hotels. Only 2 miles from bryce entry Cool nights due to the altitude 2500m We had a country singer performance at a campfire (outside earrange of the cabin) - was very nice to go Great sunset

Great location near Bryce Canyon Park, included breakfast and dinner at nearby restaurants, clean rooms with comfortable beds, convenient amenities such as a coin laundry and nearby Subway restaurant, friendly staff, nice view from the rooms.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The pool, though not beautiful, was definitely a plus in hot summer temps. The restaurant on the property served good food, friendly staff, rustic atmosphere. Drive to Bryce Canyon entrance 10 min. Park and ride (shuttle) nearby.
Pics and description make you think you're practically in Bryce Canyon, i.e. lovely natural setting. This was not the case: the entire property is encased in concrete and bounded on two sides by heavily traveled roads (July). Ice only available from front desk attendant. Coffee very watery.
